flange (DN40CF)

• Vacuum tight: part to be leak tight to 1 x 10^-9 atm-cm3/sec He

• Material: beryllium, 99.0% beryllium assay minimum by specification

• Diffusion bonded assemblies are guaranteed bakeable to +450°C

• 2D eng. drawings to be provided for customer approval approximately
1-2 weeks after receipt of order

government for reasons of nuclear non-proliferation and anti-terrorism.
